Yahya Ooni is the Managing Director at our firm and an admitted Attorney
& Notary of the High Court of South Africa. Yahya has obtained the following degrees and postgraduate diplomas at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS):

● LLB (WITS) (2009);
● PGDIP (WITS) – Corporate Law (2017); and
● LLM (WITS) – Commercial & Business Law (2020)

He has been in legal practice since 2010 and heads our Commercial &
Business Law, Administration of Deceased Estates and Notarial Services
departments.

Yahya Ooni’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to commercial
& business law, drafting and reviewing of contractual agreements,
business restructuring, risk & compliance, civil and commercial litigation,
mediation, notarial services, trusts and the administration of deceased
estates.
