Ooni & Wadia Incorporated Attorneys is a progressive legal practice situated in central Johannesburg and provides legal services to individuals and companies in South Africa.
Two Directors form the foundation of the firm’s staff.

YAHYA OONI
(LLB, WITS) (PGDIP – Corporate Law, WITS) (LLM – Commercial & Business Law, WITS)
Yahya Ooni is the Managing Director at our firm and an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Yahya has obtained the following degrees and postgraduate diplomas at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS):
LLB (WITS)(2009);
He has been in legal practice since 2010 and heads our Commercial and Administration of Deceased Estate departments.
Yahya’s areas of expertise are commercial & business law, drafting and reviewing of contractual agreements, business restructuring, risk & compliance, litigation, mediation and the administration of deceased estates.
ASLAM WADIA
(LLB, UJ)
Aslam Wadia is a founding Director at our firm and an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Aslam obtained his LLB Degree in 2014 at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa (UJ).
He has been in legal practice since 2015 and heads our Litigation, Labour and Labour relations departments.
Aslam specializes in civil litigation, delictual claims, debt collection, commercial rent collection, commercial and residential evictions, family law, trusts, property law, property disputes, labour law, labour management and relations, business restructuring and drafting and reviewing of contractual agreements.
