Yahya Ooni is the Managing Director of Ooni & Wadia Inc. and an admitted Attorney and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law, and a Master of Laws in Commercial & Business Law — all from the University of the Witwatersrand.

In practice since 2010, Yahya leads the firm’s departments in Commercial & Business Law, Administration of Deceased Estates, and Notarial Services. His areas of expertise include:

Aslam Wadia is one of the Founding Directors of Ooni & Wadia Inc. and an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg and has been in practice since 2015.

He leads the firm’s Conveyancing, Property Law, Labour Law, and Employee Relations Management departments, with expertise in:
