Ooni & Wadia Incorporated Attorneys is a progressive legal practice situated in central Johannesburg and provides legal services to individuals and companies in South Africa. Two Directors form the foundation of the firm’s staff. These Directors have structured the firm to specialise in the following fields:

(LLB, WITS) (PGDIP – Corporate Law, WITS)

Has obtained his LLB Degree and PGDIP in Corporate Law at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) in 2009 and 2017 respectively. Yahya has been in legal practice for the past eight (8) years and is currently studying towards his Masters in Business & Commercial Law (LLM) at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). His areas of expertise are civil litigation, commercial law, drafting and reviewing of contractual agreements, business restructuring, risk & compliance, labour law and administration of deceased estates. He further offers a wide range of legal advisory and consulting services to companies.




 Has graduated in 2014 with his LLB Degree at the University of Johannesburg. Aslam has three (3) years of experience and specializes in civil litigation, delictual claims, debt collection, commercial rent collection, commercial and residential evictions, trusts, property law, property disputes, labour law, labour management and relations, business restructuring and drafting and reviewing of contractual agreement
